​Our Media team at Journey is a vibrant group of creative individuals dedicated to spreading the Gospel and connecting our community through engaging content. With a passion for using technology to enhance worship experiences, we work behind the scenes to ensure every service is captured beautifully, every event is promoted effectively, and every guest feels included.

On-Boarding Process

1. Observe a Sunday with us

   Join us behind the scenes for a weekend! We'll give you a tour and explain what we do every week as part of the production team. You'll gain insight into our processes, meet some team members, and hopefully be inspired to volunteer with us.

2. Training

   After we discuss and identify the most suitable role for you, we will begin the training process. The amount of training you'll require will depend on the position and your existing knowledge. We aim to pair you with an experienced individual in that role to ensure you are fully prepared and confident before working independently.

    

3. Serve

   Usually, after a few training sessions and once you feel comfortable with the role, you're ready to serve! This is the most exciting part, as you'll keep expanding your knowledge every week you volunteer with us.
